Customers often wonder how we will actually deliver a spa to their residence. Whether you live in Champaign, Decatur, Bloomington, or anywhere in between, we use specially designed tools to make spa delivery a cinch.
After we pick up your newly minted spa straight from the factory in Fort Wayne, IN, we will store it at our warehouse in Monticello, IL until we work out a time to deliver that’s convenient for your schedule.
If you ordered a hot tub, we have a specially made trailer that allow us to easily drive the spa to your residence. Upon arrival, the trailer can be separated into a spa dolly which we use to cart the spa right where you need it.
If you ordered a swim spa, we use a larger trailer to bring the spa to your residence. Since these swim spas are much larger than standard sized hot tubs, we use a forklift to drop the swim spa where you want.
Yep, it’s as easy as that. We do our best to minimize damage to your yard, and most deliveries take under a few hours to completely set and unwrap.
